Wooden frames using CLT technology.

СLT – This is a wooden panel made of wooden boards dried and glued together in perpendicular directions. This ensures high strength of the product and moisture resistance. Perpendicularly glued boards compensate for the deformations of each component of the panel. That is, each board "does not allow" the other to change shape even under the influence of external factors, such as moisture or heavy loads.

СLT technology is more expensive than frame-panel construction, because their production requires high-precision CNC equipment to cut holes for communications with millimeter accuracy and a large amount of high-quality wood.

СLT panels, due to their ability to withstand heavy loads and individual production for each project, make it possible to build load-bearing walls for high-rise buildings with a height limited only by the method of delivery to the construction site and art objects of original forms.

But the use of СLT panels is not limited to load-bearing structures. They can be a beautiful and distinctive option for interior decoration.

CLT panels are ideal for countries with cold climates when using insulation, because they are almost not vulnerable to humidity and do not rot under the snow. But their effective use is possible in countries with a warm and humid climate as well, because without the use of insulation, wood has a high thermal conductivity and provides comfortable thermoregulation.

The use of any technology in the construction of wooden houses is justified by the requirements for construction. Each case is individual and therefore, technology, is often combined to achieve the highest efficiency. That's what we do.

CLT is a relatively new technology for wooden construction. It was created and approved in the late 90s in Austria, and later in the European Union and the world.
But already from these panels they build multi-storey buildings very quickly, firmly and efficiently.

A great example is this high-rise building in London. This house with a total area of 155,000 m2 was built in just 18 months!
