Construction kits for frame-panel houses

Complete complete sets for the construction of frame-panel houses – wooden load-bearing frame, multilayer panels of external and internal walls, partitions, roofs, floors, floors, farms or coatings. The kits are supplied in accordance with the project agreed with the customer and in a complete set that meets the needs and requirements of the customer.

All elements of kits for frame-panel houses and modular houses are manufactured on the WEINMANN automated line.

All materials and raw materials in the production of sets of frame-panel houses are certified in the EU, WEINMANN technology (production line and production processes) is certified in the EU.

We use modular construction technology.

We assemble in the workshop from the frame-panel sets made by us ready-made houses from one or more modules, in accordance with the customer's project or our own project. In the production of a kit for a modular house, the required strength of the frame is assumed, which will allow transporting ready-made modules without damaging the decoration, windows and engineering networks.

Houses are produced with varying degrees of readiness and configuration – from exterior decoration to a fully finished house with interior decoration, internal engineering networks, plumbing, lighting, climatic equipment, built-in furniture and appliances.

Ready-made houses are transported to the construction site, mounted on an arranged foundation and connected external communications.

The architectural group develops its own projects of houses with an area of 25 m2 or more to multi-storey buildings of 5-10 thousand square meters. m2 . Dozens of various projects of buildings and structures, with flat and pitched roof, residential and commercial purposes have been developed. A series of Barnhouse-style SKANDI projects has been developed. Up to a third of our projects were built by us in Ukraine, including frame-panel houses using modular technology.

Architects prepare an architectural solution that includes the appearance and materials on the exterior and interior decoration, the selection of plumbing equipment, lighting, furniture. High-quality 3D modeling and visualization of photographic quality of architecture and interior of the house is performed.

Engineers and technologists adapt customer projects for frame-panel construction and modular technology. We calculate the load-bearing frame and static loads, carry out the development and design of heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems, water supply and sewerage, electricity supply.

All design work is carried out using BIM technology. We use AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Autodesk Revit and 3ds MAX, and other professional software, including to control the WEINMANN CNC automatic line.

Using modular construction technology, we assemble a frame-panel house according to the modular structure in the workshop.

We carry out installation of windows, internal and external doors, work on exterior decoration, roofing and drainage.

We lay engineering networks – electrical wiring, water supply, sewerage, climatic equipment.

We perform interior decoration, install lighting and electrical fittings, plumbing equipment, mount built-in furniture, kitchen, household appliances.

On the customer's site we carry out work on the installation of external communications, the construction of the foundation in accordance with our project and calculations based on the relief and geology of the site.

Transportation of finished parts of the house – modules is carried out with the help of special low-frame vehicles.

Installation of the house is carried out with the help of a crane.

Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness is ensured by frame-panel construction technology. The use of wood and wooden structures, high-efficiency multilayer sandwich panels, effective mineral and organic insulation and their combinations makes frame-panel houses energy efficient and environmentally friendly.

Improving energy efficiency is ensured through the use of windows with double-glazed windows of three or four layers, careful monitoring of the presence of cold bridges, other solutions for insulation of facades, wind protection, roof structures, sandwiches of coating panels and floors.

Technical and engineering solutions for improving energy efficiency include:

• use of ventilation with recuperation
• use of air or geothermal heat pumps for heating, air conditioning and hot water supply
• installation of solar collectors for heating water and solar panels.
