LLC "USDM" is a construction and production company. Over 10 years, we have built several hundred buildings and structures with a total area of more than 35,000 m2, of which 10,000 m2 using modular construction technology. LLC "USDM" has experienced and trained personnel who are able to perform design and technological work, manage the production process, ensure the necessary quality of management from agreeing on the economic and engineering conditions of the order to the transfer of finished products, or delivery of the finished house.

Over the past 10 years, we have built a variety of buildings and structures. From the restaurant to the country house, from the hotel to the garage, from the recreational complex to the residential building on the banks of the Dnieper. The houses we built are located throughout Ukraine – from the Dnieper to Ternopil, from the Kiev region to Transcarpathia.

Buildings and structures are one and multi-storey, residential and commercial, of different levels of complexity, different area and purpose. We use this vast experience to achieve high quality construction and production, and are constantly updated and gaining new experience.

The founders and managers of LLC "USDM" have created and brought to the Ukrainian market houses SKANDI – houses in the style of Barnhouse. Dozens of such houses were built throughout Ukraine.
